I start this Open Letter, spreading a message received by our Sister Suzette Duarte, Sagres, Portugal, from our beloved and longed for Francisco Cândido Xavier (Chico Xavier):

Millennia after the Last Supper of the Lord Jesus.
Behold, you are the first Spiritualistic Church.

Dear Brothers:
Let me tell you that the Lord Jesus is already among us. Yes, in His Second Coming! Be and live LOVE, TRUTH, JUSTICE (Peace), so that in time, he can be revealed! Let us salute the Light, the Lord!
The year was 1987, when I lived in the city of Coimbra, Portugal, as a Lightworker of the Spiritist Center "Road to Redemption" located in Santa Clara (Almas de Freire), when, one afternoon, I heard my beloved guide telling me:
- "Get ready, because you will rebuild the Temple!"
In the dialogue I had with him, asking him the name of the Temple that now had to be rebuilt, I heard him say 'WAY'. Quietly, I thought to myself: yes, if the Lord Jesus is the Way, the Temple that I should rebuild now, must have had that word in the constitution of its name. I tried, then other words that, together with the word 'WAY' would give me the Temple’s name in full. When I added the word 'WAY' to the word Church, I figured it out. The Temple had been called: CHURCH OF THE WAY.
Dear Brothers:
The Voice told me that after my retirement, I would start its reconstruction, and should, therefore, prepare myself. So I did, seeking to document myself with further Spiritualists studies, since a Spiritist Temple it was. The days and months passed by. One Thursday, in the said Center where I developed my application for the Lightworkers, our close friend Celeste, director of spiritual center, seeing me coming, called me and told me:
- "Brother Álvaro, this book in my hands was my late husband’s, who you knew ... The Guides, however, ask me to give it to you ... I do not know why, because they told me not, but if it is for you, it's yours, take it.”
I received and thanked the kind offer and continued the work that Thursday. When I arrived at my house, I opened the book to see why it was there for me to be delivered. While reading it, I found on page 26 the following message, dictated by the name of Joseph, referent to the 'First Spiritist Home ' (Sic), built on Earth:
FIRST SPIRITIST HOME
"After the Master's departure, leaving to mankind as a heritage of God, the love that was poured between the men, Peter, feeling the great responsibility he had assumed with regard to material and spiritual aid of the immense amount of sick of body and soul, decided to establish in Palestine the first Spiritist Home called CHURCH OF THE WAY, so called because they were found by the roadside, heading to Bethlehem.
Peter was tireless in Christian work, supporting, comforting and healing all those seeking the Home so that they cease their sufferings and their sorrows. At his side were John the Evangelist, Philip, Stephen, James, Nicholas, Nicanor, Procerus, Timão and others.
Lame, crippled, blind, paralytics, sick of all kinds, some on foot, others on a stretcher, carried up to the Church of the Way, where the disciples of Jesus, in his fraternity and led by Peter, all of them extraordinary psychic tools, practice the true charity advocated by the Master: 'giving away for free what they had received'.
The first sign of medium ship shown by the Men of the Way, as were known the disciples of Jesus, came at the feast of Pentecost. Chapter 2 - verse. II, III and IV of the Acts of the Apostles, perfectly describes the scene: "Suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a mighty wind, and filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues of fire, and one sat upon each of them. All were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. “
Jerusalem was overflowing with foreigners and the sick coming from Mesopotamia, Ligia, Phrygia, Egypt, Crete, Arabia, Rome and other cities and countries, were looking for health, others to carry out good business.
When the mediums, the Men of the Way, began to speak, the crowd was stunned, because each one heard them in their own language.
As still happens today, many mocking, said the Disciples of Christ were in a state of drunkenness.
Jesus had appeared to his disciples, saying: "... You received power when the Holy Spirit came upon you and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
He did not only refer to the disciples of that time, but also to his followers of all time. So he said, to the ends of the earth.
Peter, John and Philip when arrested for the second time, were conducted before the Sanhedrin, and the High Priest Gamaliel, inspired by the Heavens, declared before the lawyers and the officers who had arrested:
- "Give a hand to these men, leave them alone: for if this counsel or this work came of men it will perish, but it is of God, do not destroy it, or you may be found fighting against God.” (Acts of the Apostles - Chapter 5 - verses 30 and 39).
Also, today, it happens.
The first Christian Home continued its work of love, supplying the need of the material bread and spiritual bread. This was due to the charge of distribution of food and other responsible for spreading the word of the Master.
May all Christians feel the Church of the Way, as the Church of Christ, the one who serves with unconditional love, giving away the grace received from God.“

Dear Brothers:
The First Christian Church on earth, Instituted by the Apostles of Christ, under the command of Peter, was called "CHURCH OF THE WAY", as I had concluded during my dialogue with my Beloved Spiritual Guide. I was, briefly, in the great state of joy and gratitude, because it was LIVING such a sublime moment. The guides of our Beloved Sister Celeste, could not have told her why she should give me the book because no one knew then my mission. Also, they wanted me to prove, unequivocally, the name of the Church of Peter.
Surely you will ask: Why a Spiritualist Church? The answer is quite simple. For if we are spirits, as the Beloved Son of God and our Divine Master Jesus elucidated , then one needs to find a church which studies and discusses us, while spirits, in the Light of Science. If God the Father, the Creator created us in His image and likeness, then, without fear of words, we are what He is: one Spirit, that needs, however, to know, to lighten and rise.
If there is a Spiritist Science that has us as its object of study, one can easily understand that there is also nearby, a church that tell us of such science. We can say, without error, that it appears on Earth, finally, a Science and a church that United and in Truth, have the final scope, the purity of the Christian Principles and Values, the sacred mission of leading the man to his Happiness. How? Through their effective Spiritual Awakening (Awakening Your Consciousness), to know how to return to the Father's house, GOD’s house.
This is the great mission of the NEW CHURCH OF THE WAY, that is to just talk about the science, the doctrine, to all who want to know him, while spiritual beings.
That's what we intend to do, lead the Truth of Christ, the Light of Science, to all with Goodwill, so that they can develop and evolve towards the Light.
We will talk about Science / Spiritism through the encoded Work of our brother Allan Kardec.
Let us then, together and for ourselves, in the Great White Brotherhood, do His study.

It could not be more instructive, since, these hands are: Father Hands, Brother Hands, love Hands, Hands of Light, Hands of brotherhood, helping hands, hands that help, hands that teach, hands that hold you, Hands that comfort, Hands that Call you, Hands of Mercy, hands that are His own hands!
In the chapters of our work "ELUCIDATING" we lecture, with humble, evangelical, simple words, on the Teaching of the Message of Jesus of Nazareth.
We have warned, by observation, that after two millennia, rarely does man live according to the Summary of the Lesson of Jesus Christ.
We casted anchors in your hearts, to fixate your attention on what is urgent to initiate, otherwise there will be failure and lost of this current incarnation.
Yes! We speak of the why of our many incarnations in the flesh, our comings to this World / School EARTH, knowing, however, that few believe in it or have it as the only way to evolve according to the law of the High, the paths that lead us to God.
We told you it is not enough to just read the Gospels, without explaining in detail, i.e., fully, the reasons or causes, that make us come to the Flesh, to live and suffer all that each one here LIVES! To know, after all, the Divine rules that this mode-of-Being 'promotes' to live!
We said that pure charity is made by our free will, in the LOVE we give to our next, that the Lord Jesus commanded us to LOVE.
We were rising, in between the lines of what we write, some of the veils that descend upon us, when we reincarnate. Veils are a Divine Grace that we need, since often we have seen, through the family, as our brothers those to whom, in past lives, we owed something, or they to us, since, as “they” say: "Here we owe, here we pay!" Yes, God, in His Infinite Wisdom and Mercy, makes us pay or receive, today, through Family Love, what yesterday we owed due to feelings contrary to LOVE.
Today, in these current times, because the Church of the Way must be reborn in the Hearts of Men, we must speak of it.
Of the Way it will be called, not because it lies, like yesterday, on the road that went to Bethlehem, but because Christ is Himself, The Way.
Of the Way, for being in the way of life where we will find the suffering, the needy, the wronged, the afflicted, the powerless, those without Light! Yes, we cannot forget that Christ came and exists for everyone.
Of the Way, because this is the time of renewal and transmutation, which leads to higher dimensions of life.
Church will be called, first, because it was the Church PETER instituted and left - First Christian Church on Earth - and second because we think it Ecumenical, Comprehensive and Plural!
Church of the Way, because in it we will relive, with the help and fellowship of our Beloved Spiritual Guides, the teaching of Christ is the WAY, the TRUTH, and LIFE!
The Church of the Way will therefore be the Church! Not just another one, but...
Depends only on us to make it so, for that is how we want and desire it, as a Planetarium project of our Lord Jesus, in His Second Coming!
We begin by Heart, soul of each one - "The kingdom of God is within you and everything around you," said Jesus - to then go to the physical terrain and rebuilt it, the Christ-Temple, which will be Light, which is Truth, Love, Peace, Wisdom, Life, which is, in Christ and by Christ, the Path to Enlightenment for our return to our Father Creator.
There the sick will heal again, the sick ones who have faith that Christ spoke, and to whom God, in His infinite mercy, gave such grace! Everything has to be earned and authorized, because, as we well know, God never was or will be on sale!
There Man will awake for a Life of Light that this third millennium will bring, through a painful and suffered delivery, by his fault because he failed to conform his life by the dictates of the eternal law of his Maker.
There will be faithful and concrete testimonies of the will of the Father, who is Life, Love, Truth, Peace and Light!
There will be address the existence of high spiritual spheres, of the Higher Planes of Life, Realms of Glory, announced by Christ.
We'll also discuss of the lower planes, where many Brothers park, that have yet to accept the Truth and the Light of Christ.
There we shall talk of our beloved brothers, ascended masters, and their missions, as well as our brothers Extraterrestrials, our Cosmic Family, under the command of our Beloved Commander Ashtar Sheran, who monitor us and will help us if necessary, not showing themselves, however, for obvious reasons.
We will also study the way we go after our disembodiment, speaking from the threshold, the aid stations that can be found there, the Colonies, the Spiritual Clinics and Hospitals, through which we pass on the way to our Sphere, Plane, Cologne or Dimension.
There we shall teach Divine Justice, this Court that never fails, though ours may be applied in different times or in different reincarnations.
God, my friends, is eternal and infinite, like us, His children, we are eternal and infinite, and HE has and will always have time to teach us to pay our debts, as reflected in our sins of our past, because all we have to Acquit!
There we will speak of Law, the Doctrine and the TRUTH that the Lord Jesus came to reveal here. Law and Truth by which we must conform our whole life, and not the contrary, as still happens.
